City Park is a landmark mixed-use development located in the heart of the Cape Town CBD. Power Partners provided comprehensive mechanical, electrical, wet, lift and ICT services that included:

  • Reticulation, small power and energy-efficient LED lighting design;
  • Energy-efficient HVAC systems with heat recovery;
  • Domestic water reticulation, heat pump hot water systems and drainage;
  • Smoke ventilation, staircase and lift shaft pressurisation systems;
  • High-speed energy-efficient lifts with access control integration;
  • Full generator backup and UPS for critical systems;
  • Fire detection, voice evacuation, CCTV and access control systems;
  • Building Management System integration; and
  • Last-mile fibre infrastructure to all tenants.
